1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags and proof of purchase.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for:
- Opened or used cosmetics.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
2. Return Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us at admin@ladyglam.co within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Ship the item back to us in its original condition.
3. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at admin@ladyglam.co.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable.
- If your refund is approved, only the product price will be refunded.
